Cancellation & Data Protection Policy
Your time and wellbeing matter and so does the space we create together. To ensure fairness and commitment on both sides, please note the following:
Cancellation Policy
Your time and wellbeing are very important, and I truly value the space we create together. To ensure we maintain a smooth and respectful working relationship, I kindly ask that you note the following:
Booking & Payment:
- To confirm your session, full payment is kindly requested at the time of booking.
- If something comes up and you are unable to attend, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know at least 24 hours in advance. You will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund, whichever works best for you.
- Late Notice or Missed Sessions
- If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session without letting me know, the full session fee will be charged.
- In-Person Sessions
- For In-Persson sessions, a £20 admin fee applies to any cancellation or rescheduling, no matter the notice period. This helps cover the cost of the therapy room, which is reserved specifically for your session and is non-refundable.
- Therapist-Initiated Cancellations
- If I ever need to cancel a session for any reason, I will make sure you receive a full refund.
Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation! Your respect for these guidelines helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for both of us.
